San Leonardo - a 2 bedroom apartment
in the countryside 200 mts away from the spa
This is the largest of the 4 apartments in the farmhouse on the San
Leonardo estate located 200 meters from the spa resort and just
1.5 km from the village of Saturnia, Tuscany. The farm San Leonardo,
now a renovated stone house hosting 4 apartments, once was a defense tower.
The apartment, named San Leonardo, is on the upper floor with access via an
external staircase.
It is comprised of:

You
enter the apartment through the loggia and into the sitting /
dining room. Off to one side is a good sized corner kitchen and
the room also has a fireplace, perfect for a visit to Tuscany
in the off season. The apartment also has central heat.
Off
the sitting room is the entry way to the two bedrooms, both
with double beds. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, w.c.
and bidet.
The
decor of the apartment is that of a typical country house in
Tuscany, with cotto tile floors and exposed beams. 
Just
in front of the farmhouse is a "pergola" surrounded by plants
typical of Tuscany including olive trees, laurel and cypress
trees. The grounds have tables and chairs so you can relax outdoors
as well as in.
The
farm house is surrounded from wheat fields and grassland populated with sheep and lambs.
